Refund policy

At ÁCIME, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, here’s how to proceed.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European and Spanish regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving your order, without the need to provide any justification.

How to initiate a return
To start a return, contact us at contact@acimebrand.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within a maximum of 48 hours with instructions for shipping.

Product condition
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable products
Returns are not accepted for personalized products, intimate hygiene items, or goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned.
